Ensure that your zip code has been added and saved to your account underneath the “About” section of your profile before attempting to use the UNIFYNDER feature.
- From the Unifyd Social home page (Unifyd.com/activity), locate the UNIFYDNER button within the navigation bar at the top of the page towards the left.
- Click the UNIFYNDER button.
- On the new page that appears, scroll down until you see a purple button in the bottom right corner of the map that reads “Find My Location”.
- Click this button.
- Upon clicking this button, you may be prompted with a pop-up box that says “Allow access to your location?”. Select “Allow”.
- The map should then update to reflect your approximate location and those of other nearby UNIFYD Social members (Note: click and drag your cursor to move the map, and either double-click or use the + / – buttons in the top left corner of the map to zoom in and out).
- Locate your city on the map and zoom into this location.
- You will notice UNIFYD Social members’ profiles begin to appear. Click on their profile pictures to be taken to their profile.
- At this point, you may reach out to these members using our chat/messaging features.
- From the Unifyd Social home page (Unifyd.com/activity), click on the three parallel horizontal bars located in the top right corner of the screen (next to your profile picture).
- From the drop-down menu that appears, click the UNIFYNDER button.
- On the new page that appears, scroll down until you see a purple button in the bottom right corner of the map that reads “Find My Location”.
